Shipping

Please allow 1-4 business days processing time before shipment. If you need your order right away please send us a message at hello@raeandsaige.com before placing the order. We ship using USPS First Class, free shipping on U.S. orders over $50. For International orders, we use USPS First Class International and the shipping fee is calculated at checkout. 

When placing an international order please note that customs, tariffs, duties and other dues are your responsibility to pay. We cannot declare your item as a gift as this is against the law.

Once your order is placed you will receive a tracking number which will allow you to follow your parcel to its destination. If your package says it was delivered but you can't find it please contact your local post office. We suggest you open a claim with USPS if you suspect the item was not delivered, stolen or is otherwise missing. Rae and Saige is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Returns

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Returns are only authorized for unused, defective items. If your item has a defect please contact us and we will help you process the return. Each Rae and Saige item is meticulously hand made in small batches to maintain quality. Small variances in color texture and size are normal. No two pieces of jewelry are alike, that’s how unique each piece is. A refund of the purchase price will be given upon receipt and inspection of the item. Please see our terms of service and returns statement for complete information. 

Due to inventory constraints exchanges is only acceptable on a case by case basis. If you have any concerns, please reach out to us first and we will try our best to resolve the issue.
